I am purchasing a gift, can you send it direct to the person I am buying it for?

Unfortunately, all billing and shipping addresses must match so we are unable to ship to a separate address.

I have e-mailed several times and have not received a response?
If you have e-mailed us and have not received a response to your question please check to be sure you are e-mailing customerservice@shoolu.com, we try to answer same day but may not be able to respond until next day.

Will you e-mail my tracking number once you ship my item?
Tracking numbers are e-mailed once we have shipped your shoes, if you have not received this e-mail please check your junk or bulk e-mail folder.
