REFUSED OR NON-DELIVERABLE PACKAGE

Orders that are refused at the delivery point for any reason, unclaimed, or returned by shipping agency due to an incorrect shipping address (provided by customer) will be subject to a re-delivery charge if you request the package to be re-delivered. UPS levies a surcharge for refused/undelivered packages. You may request a refund less the refused/return delivery charge rather than having the package re-delivered.

International Orders

International Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes associated with their order. Duties and Taxes are Calculated at checkout based on your address. If you refuse the package at customs and it gets returned to us, we will deduct the associated return fees from your refund.

We do not provide return shipping on international orders. The customer is responsible for any and all return costs. If we made a mistake with your order, please contact us before you ship your order back.

Unfortunately, we are unable to do exchanges for international orders. You will have to send your original order back for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.
